My name is Shane Porter. That makes my initials 'SP'. When you sound those initials out, you will have answered two questions you probably have: What does 'EssPea' mean and how do I pronounce it? I've been interested in photography for my whole life, but I never really did anything about it. I was the guy that never had a camera but would steal yours and take a bunch of pictures with it, whether you liked them or not. Things changed when I found my Dads old film SLR in his closest. I grabbed some cheap film and set out to take a bunch of pictures. None of the pictures I took on my first few rolls turned out how I wanted them to, but I was hooked. Eventually I upgraded to a DSLR and havent looked back since. Presently I take pictures of anything and everything, but I specialize in band photography (live or promotional).
