Since "The Bund" is so huge and it is right next to the Huangpu river, you can't really visit it while you are looking at it. Enter "The Bund Sightseeing Tunnel". Its a tunnel with slow monorail-esque cars that goes under the Huangpu river so you can visit AND look at "The Bund". Somewhere along the way someone thought "Hey, this is going to be really boring and dark". The above picture and this video shows the result of that thought.
